Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KickBotPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of Service

KickBotPro is a streaming toolkit for Kick that offers features such as AI voice synthesis, interactive overlays, real-time alerts, song requests, mini-games and more. The service is available in free and paid plans. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use KickBotPro you need to create an account linked to your Kick account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Connections section for added protection. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

5. AI-Generated Voices

KickBotPro offers an AI voice synthesis service that allows creating characters with AI-generated voices. By using this service, you agree to the following conditions:

  • User responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or necessary consent to use any audio samples uploaded to the platform.
  • Impersonation prohibited: It is strictly prohibited to use the service to impersonate another person, create fraudulent content, or imitate voices of real individuals without explicit authorization.
  • Third-party rights: Users must not create voices that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or image rights of third parties.
  • Nature of content: Voices generated through the service are synthetic voices created by artificial intelligence and do not necessarily represent real people. All generated content is fictional and for entertainment purposes.
  • External providers: Voices are generated using external voice synthesis providers (such as Fish Audio or similar services). KickBotPro acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the operation of such services.
  • Moderation: KickBotPro reserves the right to remove voices, content, or accounts that violate these rules or that may represent a legal or reputational risk to the platform.

6. Chat and TTS Content

KickBotPro does not control or pre-moderate messages sent by chat users. Content generated through text-to-speech (TTS) solely reflects the text sent by users and does not represent the opinions or responsibility of KickBotPro. Streamers are responsible for moderating their own chat using the tools provided.

7. AI Support Assistant

KickBotPro includes an AI-powered technical support assistant. This assistant provides guidance on platform features and can execute configuration actions on behalf of the user with their explicit confirmation. Assistant responses are AI-generated and may not be completely accurate. Support conversations are stored to improve the service and may be reviewed by human support staff if the user requests escalation. KickBotPro does not share the content of these conversations with third parties.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use KickBotPro for illegal activities, spam, harassment, distribution of offensive content, identity fraud, or any activity that violates Kick's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these policies.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

10. WhatsApp and Telegram Notifications

KickBotPro will not send promotional or marketing messages through WhatsApp or Telegram without explicit user consent. Notifications are limited exclusively to stream start alerts for viewers who have voluntarily subscribed.

11. Data Retention

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, all your personal data, voices, configurations, and associated subscriber data will be permanently deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

KickBotPro is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. KickBotPro is not responsible for content generated by users through synthetic voices, chat messages, or any other platform functionality.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
