Kick account: Username, user ID, channel ID, avatar, and OAuth tokens when you link your account.

Service data: Custom commands, alert configurations, overlay settings, points system, and moderation preferences you create within the platform.

AI voices: Audio samples you upload for AI voice synthesis, character name, description, avatar, and selected language.

Phone numbers (WhatsApp): If a viewer subscribes to WhatsApp notifications via !notify or the subscription page, we collect their phone number. This data is stored securely and only used to notify when the streamer goes live or performs a manual test.

Usage data: Logs of TTS generations, song requests, donoclips, and other events to track plan limits.

KickBotPro allows viewers to subscribe to WhatsApp notifications when their favorite streamer goes live. About this service:

• Subscription is completely voluntary. Viewers must actively register using the !notify command or the private subscription page.
• Phone numbers are stored securely in our database.
• Messages are only sent when the streamer goes live or when the streamer performs a manual test from their dashboard.
• Numbers are never used for marketing, advertising, spam, or shared with third parties.
• Messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta).
• Viewers can unsubscribe at any time by typing !removenotify in the streamer's chat.
• If a streamer deletes their account, all associated subscriber data is automatically deleted.

The AI voices service allows streamers to create characters with AI-generated voices:

• Audio samples are sent to Fish Audio to create the AI voice.
• Created voices can be made public in the catalog for other streamers to add to their collection.
• Streamers can choose the language for each voice to prevent the AI from speaking in the wrong language.
• Voice usage (TTS generations) is logged to track each user's plan limits.
• Streamers can remove a voice from their collection at any time. Administrators can remove voices from the entire catalog.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.

• Sensitive credentials (API tokens, access keys) are stored encrypted in the database.
• Kick OAuth tokens are automatically renewed and stored encrypted.
• Audio samples are stored on secure servers and only accessible by the owner's account.
• Row-level security (RLS) policies are applied to protect each user's data.
• We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via TOTP apps like Google Authenticator or Authy to protect access to your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Kick.com: OAuth authentication, chat messaging, webhook subscriptions.
• Fish Audio: Audio samples for AI voice synthesis and text-to-speech (TTS) generation.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business API): Phone numbers of subscribed viewers for live stream notification delivery.
• Supabase: Database storage, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel: Web application hosting.
