1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using KickBot Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the service.
2. Description of Service
KickBot Pro is a bot platform for Kick streamers that offers features such as custom commands, AI voice cloning, real-time alerts, and performance analytics. The service is available in free and paid plans.
3. User Accounts
To use KickBot Pro you need to create an account linked to your Kick account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use KickBot Pro for illegal activities, spam, harassment, distribution of offensive content, or any activity that violates Kick's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these policies.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
KickBot Pro is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
