Terms of Service

KickBotPro offers an AI voice synthesis service that allows creating characters with AI-generated voices. By using this service, you agree to the following conditions:

• User responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or necessary consent to use any audio samples uploaded to the platform.
• Impersonation prohibited: It is strictly prohibited to use the service to impersonate another person, create fraudulent content, or imitate voices of real individuals without explicit authorization.
• Third-party rights: Users must not create voices that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or image rights of third parties.
• Nature of content: Voices generated through the service are synthetic voices created by artificial intelligence and do not necessarily represent real people. All generated content is fictional and for entertainment purposes.
• External providers: Voices are generated using external voice synthesis providers (such as Fish Audio or similar services). KickBotPro acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the operation of such services.
• Moderation: KickBotPro reserves the right to remove voices, content, or accounts that violate these rules or that may represent a legal or reputational risk to the platform.

KickBotPro allows users to create and share content such as synthetic voices, avatars, character names, and custom configurations. By uploading or creating content on the platform:

• Sole user responsibility: The user is solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content (including names, avatars, audio samples, and any associated material) does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Names and characters: Names assigned to synthetic voices are chosen by users. KickBotPro does not verify or guarantee that such names do not correspond to real people, protected fictional characters, or registered trademarks. The use of names of public figures, fictional characters, or other protected entities is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Avatars and images: Images used as voice avatars are uploaded by users. KickBotPro does not perform prior review of visual content. Users must have the appropriate rights or authorization to use any image.
• Public display: User-created content may be publicly displayed on the platform (including the homepage, popular voices sections, and live activity). By creating public content, the user authorizes its display in these contexts.
• DMCA/Takedown procedure: If you believe that any content on KickBotPro infringes your intellectual property rights, you may send a notification to [email protected] indicating: (a) identification of the protected material, (b) location of the infringing content, (c) contact information, and (d) good faith statement. KickBotPro will act in accordance with applicable procedures to remove or disable access to infringing content.
• Right of removal: KickBotPro reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that in its judgment may infringe third-party rights or represent a legal risk to the platform.

KickBotPro does not sell the Pro plan in exchange for Kick subscriptions or gift subs. Subscriptions and gift subs made in the official KickBotPro Kick channel are voluntary donations to the creator, processed entirely by Kick under Kick's own terms and policies.

• Nature of the donation: Payment is received by Kick and the streamer on terms set by Kick. KickBotPro does not receive the subscription amount and does not act as the payment processor of that transaction.
• Minimum support for courtesy Pro: To qualify for the courtesy Pro benefit, the user must have performed — in the official KickBotPro Kick channel — 1 own subscription + 1 gifted subscription (both actions are required, equivalent to a minimum voluntary support matching Kick's base value for 1 sub + 1 gift sub). Without meeting both requirements, the Thank-You is not granted.
• Mandatory identification (no anonymous): The subscription and the gift sub must be made with the user's identified Kick account. Donations or gift subs marked as anonymous cannot be linked to a KickBotPro profile and, for technical reasons, do not activate the courtesy Pro. In those cases the support is considered an irrevocable donation to the creator with no right to the Thank-You. The user must also have their Kick account linked in KickBotPro so the system can identify them.
• Discretionary courtesy Pro: Once the minimum support has been met, KickBotPro may grant courtesy access to the Pro plan for 30 days (the “Thank-You”). This Thank-You is a discretionary gift, does not constitute mandatory consideration or a purchase of the Pro plan, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• No refunds on Kick: We do not handle refunds for Kick subscriptions or gift subs; any claim must be directed to Kick.
• Official payment channel: The only way to purchase Pro or Enterprise plans is through the payment providers enabled on the pricing page (MercadoPago in local currency or international card in USD). If you are outside Latin America, you must use the international USD payment option.
• Kick ToS compliance: This policy is designed to respect Kick's Terms of Service, which prohibit conditioning the delivery of external products or services on the purchase of subscriptions. The Thank-You is not marketed or promoted as a way to purchase the Pro plan.
